Restoring your packs

Packs you've bought are tied to your App Store or Google Play account, not to any account with us — so you can get them back any time, on any device signed in to the same store account. In the app, open Settings → Restore Purchases. There is no charge to restore something you already own.

The All-Access subscription

All-Access is an optional subscription that unlocks every pack while it's active. Owning individual packs never requires it. The subscription is billed through your App Store account and renews automatically until you cancel. You can manage or cancel it any time:

• iPhone / iPad: Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → The Talking Game.
• Android:Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep All-Access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Any one-time packs you bought separately stay yours forever.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple and Google, so refunds are handled on their side. For the App Store, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, use the Play Store's order history. We can't issue store refunds directly, but email us if something went wrong and we'll help however we can.

Deleting your account

If you signed in (sign-in is optional), you can permanently delete your account and its data from inside the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. This removes your profile and saved game data from our servers. Packs you purchased remain tied to your App Store or Google Play account and can still be restored. If you'd prefer we delete your data for you, email support@thetalkinggame.appfrom the address on your account.

Content and intensity

The Talking Game is made for adults (17+). Questions range from light to candid, and you choose the intensity that fits your group. If a question ever feels off for your table, skip it — and feel free to tell us; we curate every pack by hand and we listen.
